Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my carpet to dry? Your carpet will be damp to the touch imediatley following your cleaning. It will be completely dry within 2 to 5 hours depending on the type of carpeting.
Do I need to stay out of the house? No! Your floors are completely safe to walk on right away. However, tile floors and hard floors next to wet carpet may be a little slippery until everything drys completely.
When/How do I pay you for your services? Payment is due at the completion of service. Your techniction can accept payment in the form of cash, check, or card. He will also provide you with an invoice detailing the cost before he leaves.
Do you take credit cards? Yes we do! We utilize the Square payment system to accept all major debit and credit cards. However, cards may incure an additonal services fee.
Should I take my kids/pets out of the house? All of our cleaners are completely safe for pets and children so they are welcome to stay inside the house while we clean if that is what is easiest for you. If your pets are anxious or aggressive around strangers we recommend moving them to an area of the house we will not be cleaning.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment? Please call us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. For smaller residential jobs we ask that you call within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid a $50 cancelation fee. For large residential or commericial jobs we ask that you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment to avoid a $100-$300 cancelation fee based on the size of the job.
